Andrei Damian
President
Andrei has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. He spent his initial years working to rebuild homes after a flood or fire. He advocated on behalf of the homeowner to ensure they got the most equitable settlement for their home after a disaster. He was a voice for those who felt belittled by their insurance companies. His passion for design and remodeling prompted him to take Stud Construction into the custom design and building domain. He has spent the last decade caring for homeowners, truly listening to what they want, and helping them turn their dreams into reality. He is passionate about always knowing the latest design trends and making sure that each project is his favorite one. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children. Andrei loves to go-kart with his kids, snowboard, mountain bike, and travel.
Radu Birle
Co-Founder
Radu is a father, husband and a builder with 15 years of construction experience. You will most often find him doing field work, managing projects, and getting his hands dirty. He loves to play competitive sports, go fishing and camping, and most importantly spend time with family and friends. He is a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration. He always loves to start new projects but he’s most excited when he sees the client’s reaction when the keys are turned over and they see the finished result. Radu finds tremendous satisfaction in delivering joy to the homeowner.
Alice Damian
Principal
Alice is the marketing strategist and talent recruiter. You will most often find her out meeting with professionals and finding the right ones to partner with. Her creative eye and personable demeanor makes her a perfect fit for this human resource role. She has a passion for luxury design and building the right team of experts and craftsmen to get the job done. Alice spends her free time with her husband and three children, most often out enjoying nature. Her favorite projects are those that embrace the outdoors as living space.
Sunshyne Leland
Administrative Assistant
Sunshyne has over a decade of administration experience in both the construction and interior design industry. Using her organizational skills to coordinate and manage various ‘behind the scenes’ details, she has always enjoyed working with a creative and inspirational team to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free home remodel and design project. In her free time, you can find her attempting to master various hobbies, including (but never limited to), knitting & crochet, sewing, keeping houseplants alive, roller skating, baking, adopting too many pets, and working on several decorating and home improvement projects. Along with her husband of 21 years, she has raised two amazing children, a daughter who is studying Architecture at Cal Poly Pomona, and a son, studying Linguistics, Music Composition, and Chinese at USC.
